This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with our websites, forms, events, investor communications, and services delivered with our registered Exempt Market Dealer (“EMD”) and service providers.
By using our site or providing your information, you agree to the term of this privacy Policy.
Who we are
AG Property Trust is a private Canadian real estate investment trust managed by Ahmed Asset Management Inc. (“Manager”). Subscriptions—if any—are accepted only through our registered EMD. For privacy inquiries, see Contact Us below.
Scope
(This Policy applies in Canada and follows applicable privacy (e.g., PIPEDA) and anti-spam (CASL) laws) It applies to:
- Our websites and forms (contact, deal alerts, referrals, book-a-call, etc.).
- Investor education and marketing communications (email/SMS).
- EMD-facilitated onboarding (KYC/AML), subscription, and investor servicing.
- Events, webinars, surveys, and feedback
It does not cover third-party websites, portals, or platforms we link to (see Third-Party Links).
What we collect
Information you provide
- Contact & identity: name, email, phone/SMS, address, province/state, country.
- Investor profile: accreditation/eligibility indications, investment interests, risk tolerance (collected by/with the EMD), registered-plan preferences.
- Documents (via EMD/portal): ,government ID, tax forms, subscription agreements and signatures.
- Professional detail: Job role, company and community or charitable affiliation (for JV( what is Jv ?)/referrals).
- Communications: messages, call notes, survey responses, webinar Q&A.
- Referrals: details about a person you introduce (only with their permission).
Information collected automatically
- Device & usage: IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages viewed, time on page, referring/exit pages.
- Cookies & similar tech: session cookies, preferences, analytics, and (if enabled) marketing pixels. See Cookies.
Information from third parties
- EMD & service providers: onboarding/KYC outcomes, subscription status, transaction confirmations, and regulatory classifications.
- Public & partners: real estate and corporate records, broker/partner introductions.
Why we use your information (purposes)
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and manage relationships.
- Provide investor education (newsletters, deal alerts, blog updates).
- Assess eligibility & suitability with our EMD (KYC/AML), provide offering documents (OM), process subscriptions/redemptions, and deliver investor services.
- Operate, secure, and improve our sites, communications, and services (analytics, troubleshooting).
- Comply with law (securities, anti-money laundering, tax, recordkeeping).
- Manage referrals and partnerships (including JV/community programs).
- Protect rights and safety, prevent fraud and misuse.
- Obtain consents and manage preferences (email/SMS).
Legal bases (as applicable): consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (e.g., providing investor communications you request, improving services, safeguarding security).
How we share information
We may share personal information with:
- EMD (required) for eligibility, KYC/AML, subscription processing, compliance, and investor services.
- Service providers ( bound by confidentiality ) for hosting, communication via emailor SMS , CRM, analytics, electronic signatures, investor portals, payment/transfer agents, auditors, legal/tax advisors.
- Affiliates (Ahmed Group entities) for operations and support consistent with this Policy.
- Regulators and authorities as required by law (e.g., securities commissions, FINTRAC).
- Transaction counterparties (e.g., custodians, administrators) to fulfill services you request.
- With consent or as otherwise permitted/required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Our service providers may store or access information outside of Canada. (When stored or processed abroad, your information may be subject to local laws in those jurisdictions)We take reasonable measures to protect information when transferred.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, including legal, regulatory, audit, and business requirements (e.g., records retention rules for KYC/AML and securities compliance). When no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.

Who we are
AG Property Trust is a private Canadian real estate investment trust managed by Ahmed Asset Management Inc. Subscriptions—if any—are accepted only through our registered Exempt Market Dealer (“EMD”) in jurisdictions where lawful.
Not an offer; educational use only
Content on the Site is educational and general information only. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. Eligibility & jurisdiction
The Site is intended only for Canadian residents in provinces or territories where private placement communications are permitted. You are responsible for complying with local laws. Accounts & accuracy of information

By providing contact details, you consent to receiving emails/SMS and other electronic communications about education, events, and—where appropriate—EMD-facilitated onboarding. You can opt out at any time (email unsubscribe link; SMS STOP). We may deliver notices electronically unless the law requires another method.
Referral submissions
If you submit someone else’s information (e.g., Send a Referral), you represent that you have permission to share it. We may contact the referred person to explain how we received their details and how to opt out. Any recognition for qualified referrals, if offered, is administered by the EMD in accordance with securities regulations.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- violate laws or regulations, including securities, privacy, IP, or anti-spam laws;
- attempt to access non-public systems, probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site (included using , malware, bots or scraping tools without consent);
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, eligibility, or authority;
- use the Site to send unauthorized promotional communications; or
- upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
We may use technical measures to protect the Site and may investigate suspected violations.
Intellectual property; limited license
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, video, software, and the compilation thereof) is owned by AGPT or its licensors and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Feedback

Sections that should continue after termination (e.g., IP, feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law) will remain in effect.

Governing law; venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law rules . You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Ontario (Toronto) for all disputes not subject to arbitration (if an arbitration clause is added by you later).
Optional: If you want binding arbitration for certain disputes (excluding injunctive or IP claims), we can add a Canadian arbitration clause (e.g., ADRIC rules, seat Toronto, language English).
Entire agreement; severability; waiver; assignment
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and AGPT regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger, or asset transfer.
